The joint effort between the Lab of Semichemicals and our Lab or Termitology at UFV has given another fruit: we've won the 2014 Hernán Alcaráz Viecco Prize, from the Sociedad Colombiana de Entomología, for the work Los marcadores moleculares como una herramienta para estudiar el movimiento de la broca del café Hypothenemus hampei (Ferrari),presented at the 40th National Congress of Entomology, in Bogotá 2013.
