Juliana Lins will be conferred an award for the work
"Ocupação de árvores por cupins: a influência da rugosidade da casca (Tree occupation by termites: the effect of bark rugosity)",
which was chosen as the best paper from the Dept. Animal Biology presented at the XVI Simposium of the Scientific Trainning Program at UFV, in 2006.
This is the second prize received by works originated from Teresa Telle's MSc thesis. The first one was conferred upon Marcela Lima, at the IUSSI Simposium in Belo Horizonte, in 2005
The cerimony will be held on 26 September 2007, at the Central Library Building, 19:00h.
